Over the last two decades, Adv Shaheen Moolla, has successfully advised multiple fishing and eoc-tourism companies. In 2025, Adv Shaheen Moolla, served as legal counsel for more than 20 fishing companies and secured high court victories against the Fisheries Minister on behalf companies who were denied fishing rights.
Back in 2017 when whale watching and shark cage diving permits were being allocated, Adv Shaheen Moolla represented a dozen businesses who were unlawfully refused their operating permits. Each and every client was eventually granted their permits which remain in place to this day.
